Course Participation Guidelines

What’s inside a course?

WTO e-Learning courses may consist of one or several modules, depending on the course.

Course structure:

  1. Tests: Required to measure learning. Pre-tests: one attempt. Post-tests: unlimited attempts.
  2. Course materials: Available in interactive format and as a downloadable PDF. Organized into one or more modules.
  3. Final exam: Reserved for eligible government officials with an approved nomination form. A minimum average score of 60% on post-tests is required. Three attempts are allowed if your score is below 60%, with a 40-minute time limit per attempt and a one-week interval between attempts to allow for review.
  4. Retake policy: Only the highest score is recorded. Review materials before retaking.
  5. Feedback: At the end of the course, we invite you to provide a brief evaluation and any recommendations for improvement.

You can start anytime and progress at your own pace. It’s recommended to complete activities in the suggested order for the best learning experience.
